By Road

From the West – M25
Leave M25 at junction 21a and take A405 towards St Albans. Remain on A405 over two roundabouts and at the third, turn right onto A414. At next roundabout, turn left onto A1081 (London Road) towards St Albans. Continue on A1081 for approximately 1.5 miles passing under a railway bridge. **

From the East – M25
Leave the M25 at junction 22 and join the A1081 toward St Albans. Remain on A1081 over first roundabout towards the city centre. Continue on A1081 for approximately 1.5 miles passing under a railway bridge. **

From the North – M1
Leave M1 at junction 7 and join M10
At roundabout at the terminus of M10, take the second exit onto the A414. At next roundabout, turn left onto A1081 (London Road) towards St Albans. Continue on A1081 for approximately 1.5 miles passing under a railway bridge. **

From the north – A1M
Leave A1M at junction 3 about half a mile from the exit of the tunnel (keep to left hand lane in the tunnel) and join the A414 for about 3 miles until you reach the London Colney roundabout. Take the A1081 which is the 4th exit. Continue on A1081 for approximately 1.5 miles passing under a railway bridge. **

From the South – M1
Leave the M1 at junction 6 and take the A405 towards St Albans. Remain on A405 over two roundabouts and at the third, turn right onto A414. At next roundabout, turn left onto A1081 (London Road) towards St Albans. Continue on A1081 for approximately 1.5 miles passing under a railway bridge. **

From the South A1M
Leave the A1M at junction 3 and join the A414 for about 3 miles until you reach the London Colney roundabout. Take the A1081 which is the 4th exit. Continue on A1081 for approximately 1.5 miles passing under a railway bridge. **

** Turn right at the next roundabout into Grosvenor Road where No. 45 is the first building on the right. Visitor parking is available in the visitors’ car park immediately to the left of the underground car park. Please call at reception to register your arrival.

By Rail
There are two train stations in St Albans: City Station and Abbey Station. The journey from Kings Cross Thameslink to St Albans City Station takes twenty minutes. A 5 to 10 minute walk from the station will bring you to our door or there is a taxi rank.

Abbey Station connects St Albans to Watford via local stations and is about a thirty minute walk away. Taxis or buses are available!

All airports have rail connection to St Albans.
