IP for Professionals - it's a two way process

Scott & York regularly acts for fellow professional services practitioners such as accountants and solicitors.

Often this is in the form of a referral to our firm and sometimes as a back office function in which all billings and client communications are directed via the referring professional.  We are happy to work either way and in all cases can be trusted not to disrupt relations with your client.

We have printed materials which are available on request which may be used when referring clients to us.  Naturally, we understand that such relationships should be mutually beneficial and will wherever possible attempt to refer work back to our fellow professionals.

In addition, we are always happy to answer simple queries by telephone or email without issuing a charge since we believe this enhances your offering and our relationship.

On a more formal level, we are also able to provide internal CPD seminars on IP law matters for you and your colleagues.
